My path to becoming a therapist began with my own time in therapy—where I learned just how healing it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Before becoming a licensed therapist, I spent years supporting my community—giving me over a decade of hands-on experience.
I have worked in schools as a social worker and sports coach, residential treatment facilities, community centers, government agencies, hospitals, and research labs.

My standard rate is $150 per 50-minute session. I understand that therapy is an investment, and I offer a
